Joining Forces in the UK to Target the Contact Centre and Call Recording Market with Microsoft Lync
Cirencester, UK, 17th February, 2014 – Westcon Group, a value-added distributor of category-leading unified communications, network infrastructure, data centre and security solutions with a global network of specialty resellers, today announced it has signed a distribution agreement – initially in the UK – with Enghouse Interactive. Today’s deal with the market leading contact centre and call recording solutions provider will dramatically augment its Microsoft Lync proposition.
The agreement provides Westcon resellers in the UK with access to the recently launched Enghouse Interactive Communications Center (EICC) solution. The solution consists of: contact centre, call recording and operator console solutions compatible with Lync.
The partnership unifies the two companies, both of whom have the highest level of expertise with Microsoft Lync. Westcon is currently one of the only distributors globally to have been awarded the Microsoft Gold Communications competency for Lync, and Enghouse Interactive is a Microsoft Gold Partner.
